The Bios line includes handles for doors, windows and pull handles. The design is a game of simple shapes which intersect to express strength, elegance and harmony. Its simple and clean line is the result of a schematization and optimization of the shapes, which translates into lightness and high precision design.
Battista Olivari founded the company in 1911 in Borgomanero, Italy. Olivari is synonymous with innovation thanks, for example, to the introduction on the market of anodized aluminum handles and the first plastic handles. In the 2000s, sustainable and high-performance finishes such as Biochrome and Superfinish were born.
Franco Sargiani graduated in Architecture at the Poltecnico di Milano, and specialized through collaboration with international studios located throughout Europe. From this experience he founded his own studio dedicated to the construction of residential, industrial and office buildings. Together with Eija Helander he designs the revolutionary Programma 8 modular system.
