Montana Furniture, established in 1982, is specializes in furniture for private homes and contemporary office spaces, and is the brainchild of designer Peter J. Lassen. Since 2007, Montana has exclusively used water-based lacquer colours, which does not contain any solvents harmful to peaple or the environment. All the furniture in Montana is designed, developed, and made in Denmark. Every day, on the island of Funen over 140 professionals are dedicated to upholding the highest standards of processing, painting, and assembling making sure that each Montana piece lasts a lifetime. Montana System has earned the Danish Indoor Climate Label and is one of the earliest furniture brands in Europe to obtain the official EU Ecolabel certification.

The Montana Selection series presents a variety of comprehensive and distinctive storage modules for the home, encompassing cabinets, bookshelves, mirrors and bedside tables. The series features a curated selection of functional and creative preconfigured furniture. Many modules and components are available as individual elements, that allowing for customizable assembly and combination as desired. The series is certified with the official EU Ecolabel.

Design by Peter J. Lassen
He established his furniture company, Montana Furniture, in 1982. Lassen transitioned to furniture design in 1954, collaborating with renowned Danish designers such as Arne Jacobsen and Verner Panton. Their influence is evident in his clean, simplistic style.
