A sculpture for sitting on with obvious sculptural, sinuous and flowing lines. Designed with a cantilever seat supported by a central stand, seemingly in contrast with the hardness and staticness of the stone it is made of. A carefully gauged construction, whose complexity evokes certain studies by Escher.

Description

Agapecasa it born in 2009, thanks to Agape's passion for the culture of design and the long standing collaboration with Angelo Mangiarotti. Re-editing the original and timeless pieces of the of post-war Italian design and architecture.

Angelo Mangiarotti was a brilliant designer, capable of embracing and going beyond the ideals of the Modern Movement.

The "Mangiarotti Collection" designed from the early 50s onwards was carefully tested and updated in full agreement with Studio Mangiarotti.
