Description
Kasthall creates tufted rugs since 1972. This production method provides a wide range of artistic possibilities for detailed patterns, styles and effects. Kasthall hand-tufted rugs are created with strands of wool or linen punched through the backing with a tufting tool. This process forms loops that are then sheared into various heights and patterns creating the rug's surface allowing for loads of variations in both feel and design. Kasthall presents a large collection of hand-tufted rugs made of high quality wool and linen.
Kasthall has been creating distinctive and modern woven and hand-tufted rugs for global floors since 1889. Their Design Studio engages in ongoing collaborations with top textile designers worldwide to craft high quality rugs, all manufactured in Kinna, Sweden, only with the finest materials.
