Description

Model 2065 suspension lamp utilizes Green Cast® diffusers, crafted from 100% recycled and recyclable PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate). This patented Italian material maintains the same aesthetic and functional quality as original methacrylate.

Astep, founded in 2014 by Alessandro Sarfatti, aims to create and curate timeless inventions that embody innovative ideas for the future. The name "Astep" signifies the journey of evolution towards the creation of better, substantial, and useful objects that continue to influence and improve our lives.

Gino Sarfatti
(1912-1985) is a prominent figure in Italian industrial design, renowned for his influential work with Arteluce. With over 700 luminaires to his name, Sarfatti combined innovative ideas and groundbreaking design, exploring new typologies, materials, technologies, and production techniques. His legacy lives on through his refined and functional creations.
