Cordia Chair COR

The characteristic of the Cordia swivel chair by COR is the saddle stitch stitching in a contrasting or opaque color which underlines its lines. It is made up of a base available with legs in chromed or black P120 metal wire or a star base in polished aluminium, with removable covers in resistant polyether covered with a protective fleece lining.

Design by Jehs + Laub
Markus Jehs and Jürgen Laub, graduates of the University of Schwäbisch Gmünd's industrial design program, founded their Stuttgart-based studio in 1994. There, they craft lamps and furniture for esteemed global brands, known for their designs that combine functionality, formal precision and creative material utilization.

COR stands for a deep commitment to passion and craftsmanship. The COR Upholstered Furniture Factory, founded in 1954 in Rheda-Wiedenbrück, Germany, was born from the collaboration between Leo Lübke, representing his son Helmut Lübke and his Highness the Prince of Bentheim Tecklenburg. In the 1980s, full ownership of the company passed into the capable hands of the Lübke family. An unwavering dedication, love for environmental sustainability and exceptional quality have always been at the heart of COR's identity.
