Description

Nitō is an intriguing suspension lamp, it is possible to twist it, turn it, rotate it in whichever direction. No matter the position, it always maintains itself in perfect balance. The name comes from a style of classical Japanese swordsmanship.

Parachilna has a short, but solid history of producing a range of uniquely designed lamps. Always putting the respect for design and the quality of materials and manufacturing techniques at the front. Parachilna also specializes in managing, from start to finish, tailor-made decorative lighting solutions. Starting from a design, developing a prototype and ending with a completed product.

Dominik Lutz has founded his Hamburg based design studio in 2002. Since then he developed design concepts and a series products for clients such as Aurelis, Berendsohn, Garpa, Jan Kurtz, Liquid Democracy, Magazin, Michow, Museum für Kunst & Gewerbe Hamburg, Octopus, Parachilna, Pliet, Y8.
