Origami lava stone by Nerosicilia is inspired by the Japanese tradition to shape lava stone surfaces creating heterogeneous and impactful decorations. Each square basic module is divided into two trapezoidal shapes. It is then the different colors of the lava stone that create the design.

Description

Nerosicilia collaborates with Paola Lente for the creation of Origami, drawing on the designer's knowledge of yarns. The modules follow a precise pattern, alternating natural lava and oxidized lava, creating an ever-changing play of shapes and colours.

Born in the heart of the Sicilian territory, Nerosicilia uses eco-sustainable extraction and manufacturing processes to create high quality products in lava stone from Etna. Nerosicilia is a brand of Nerosicilia Group, a leading Italian company in the processing of lava stone, Pietra Pece (Ragusa stone) and recycled glass.

Paola Lente is an Italian yarn brand born in 1994 from the collaboration between Paola and Anna Lente. Their outdoor collections have met with international success, leading the Paola Lente brand to be present in 60 countries around the world.
