Description
The Vola collection includes door and window handles. Vola was proposed by Pajetta in his usual way: a plaster prototype. This approach made it possible to immediately understand the strengths and weaknesses of the conceived form. Through a long series of modifications and other prototypes, an aesthetic, ergonomic and technical balance is reached.
Battista Olivari founded the company in 1911 in Borgomanero, Italy. Olivari is synonymous with innovation thanks, for example, to the introduction on the market of anodized aluminum handles and the first plastic handles. In the 2000s, sustainable and high-performance finishes such as Biochrome and Superfinish were born.
Max Pajetta was born in Milan into a family of artists. Together with his brother Giorgio he founded two design studios that blend architecture and design with extreme versatility. Their projects range in many fields, leading them to create a dense network of collaborations and consultancies.
