The Ice Cube door handle by Olivari is one of the prides of the company. It is the first cut crystal handle that uses a super-transparent technical crystal. This stylistic characteristic is that simple volumes of great depth and luminosity.

The Ice Cube handle can be fitted with a round or vertical rosette, or oval plate.

Made entirely of brass and crystal, it is available in bright or satin chrome galvanic finishes.

Also available for windows with DK or Cremonese system.

Description

The Ice Cube collection consists of door and window handles. The inspiration comes from the clamps used on construction sites. However, the simplicity of an object is reported in an elegant product, which required long experiments to unite each single element in a lasting way.

Battista Olivari founded the company in 1911 in Borgomanero, Italy. Olivari is synonymous with innovation thanks, for example, to the introduction on the market of anodized aluminum handles and the first plastic handles. In the 2000s, sustainable and high-performance finishes such as Biochrome and Superfinish were born.

Dominique Perrault is a French urban planner who has been a talent since the age of thirty-six, when he won the competition for the Bibliothèque Nationale de France. He has created buildings of international importance and received various awards including the Grand Prix National de l'Architecture Française and the Mies Van der Rohe Pavillon Award.
