Description

The Fin collection includes handles for doors and windows. Its particular design stems from the idea of creating a "delicate angularity" typical of Toyo Ito's contemporary design style, which tends to make more abstract concepts concrete.

Battista Olivari founded the company in 1911 in Borgomanero, Italy. Olivari is synonymous with innovation thanks, for example, to the introduction on the market of anodized aluminum handles and the first plastic handles. In the 2000s, sustainable and high-performance finishes such as Biochrome and Superfinish were born.

Toyo Ito is known for being an architect with a great innovative vein. His design method combines physical reality with virtual reality. One of the best examples is the Tower of the Winds in Yokohama, which has the characteristic of changing color according to the climatic conditions.
