The Bolt stool by La Chance features four solid logs elegantly held together by a contrasting metal ring. Despite its sculptural form, it is surprisingly comfortable. This stool was the winner of the prestigious Wallpaper design award in 2011.

La Chance is the creation of Jean-Baptiste Souletie and Louise Breguet. It is a design company based in Paris, producing furniture and accessories created with a contemporary interpretation of the ornamental and decorative French furniture tradition rooted in the Art Deco period. Sophisticated pieces made by European artisans working with the most noble materials conceived by a cosmopolitan selection of the best designers from the new generation.

Is a collective of architects, graphic & product designers established in Sweden in 2008. Their style combines the elegant simplicity of Nordic design with a playful and almost naive identity with colorful and sculptural creations.
