Vilhelm Lauritzen
Vilhelm Theodor Lauritzen (1894-1984), a Danish architect, symbolized the modern life of the 1930s. Trained at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, he founded his studio in 1922, active until 1969. Known for iconic Copenhagen buildings such as Radiohus, Folkets Hus (now Vega) and the former Terminal 2 of Copenhagen Airport.
