Born in 1978 in Fukuoka, Japan, he earned a degree in Architecture at Kyushu Sangyo University before working for wood furniture maker Hida-Takayama. At 25, he refined his craft in a traditional workshop in Meda, Italy, shaping his unique design philosophy. Now Creative Director at Ritzwell, he has reimagined its design vision, earning the IF Design Award for his LIGHT FIELD sofa.
