The Edo chair by MDF Italia was born from the desire to pay homage to the cabinet-making tradition. Made entirely of solid wood, it features an essential line of Japanese aesthetics, hence the reference to ancient Tokyo. The seat is covered in fabric or leather to create greater comfort and tactile depth.

Tommaso Caldera
Italian designer born in 1986, he graduated in industrial design at the Politecnico di Milano. After several collaborations with Italian and international studios, in 2012 he opened his own design studio with which he presented his first independent creations at the Salone del Mobile in Milan. His products always offer a balance between design and international culture, creating forms that combine tradition and innovation.
