In 2012 the David Chipperfield Architects studio was commissioned to restore the Neue Nationalgalerie in Berlin, an icon by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe. The Galerie table, originally designed for the Neue Nationalgalerie café, features a slim, elongated silhouette that reflects the character of the building.

David Chipperfield
Is an acclaimed British architect who has received numerous international awards and recognition. He studied architecture at Kingston School of Art and the Architectural Association in London.
